Maybe the mounties are just sick of dealing with knife weilding loonies....
The old bloke was off his rocker.... I am sure it was not his fault but he did have a knife in his pocket.... come to think of it whats a bloke recovering from a triple bypass doing with a knife in his pocket...
I think if any of us had deal with crap like this every day we too would be reaching for our tasers at the first notice, cmon how many users would you like to taser every day.....
I have a DV4220tx
I will NEVER EVER buy a HP laptop again....
Why:
1- Random power downs
2- A volume control that cannot be muted or turned down until windows boots (great when your working at 3 in the morning and have to restart cause it decided to power off for reasons only know to its self, and yes i have removed the windows startup sound)
3- Finding no thermal paste on the heatsink after deciding to check the CPU cooler for blockages (thinking the power downs were heat related).
4- A raised lid closed switch that sends the laptop into standby when acidentally pressed
and so on and so forth
HP.... I think it stands for HOW PATHETIC
I feel sorry for all those embassy workers, for the next six months they will have to remember complex and obscure passwords.
But there is a light at the end of the tunnel for them.
Cause as anyone who works for the gov will know, once things have blown over and the minister for whatever has had to call the hell desk to have the password reset for the umpteenth time, it will be business as usual.
LOL
