I too purchased a new HP win 10 second computer and tried removing the MS accounts that caused problems. I also found that I could not install SKYPE, you cannot go P2P, the moment you do MS send in a total verbal full screen block which you cannot remove or shut down the machine in the normal way and is not prevent by any type of fire wall, it advises you to call MS on 0800 ????????? or your machine will be locked for good in 5 mins. I instantly switched off everything.
I found exactly the same refusal to to get the machine to work when I tried to disable any requests by MS for account sign ups. After a short while there came the famous BLACK screen of death. Then after 6 months without the machine while being repaired in Spain I again tried where I left off but this this time there was BLUE screen claiming that some vital program had failed. There was absolutely no way to repair it or reboot. I was totally shut out. I hate Windows 10 and want to return it to Win 7.

I also have found that Win 10 rejects many third party programs. At the moment you try to install it win 10 inserts another file called DATA and the installation is stopped. Having had these problems I tried to Dual boot by installing the Win 7, that too was rejected. At a guess its liken to downgrading which is often refused.
I bought a new laptop with win 10 in stalled but upon switching it on the windows update was busy updating. After the install was completed I could now continue. However I closed the computer and when I opened it I had problems which ended up with BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH. The machine was sent for repair and I finally got it back 5 months later. on 6/8/2016. Switched it on and yet again windows 10 update was forced onto the machine. Now I tried to reinstall my programs and found them rejected, simple programs like Spy hunter, AVG, ASC9, if it was not from MS then you can't have it. Anyway during these attempts the machine came up with a blue screen that prevented any kind of repair. It refused the MS reinstall programs which was downloaded using my old faithful Win 7 laptop. Then the machine had to be returned for the exploding battery problems and now for the BLUE SCREEN now outside any warranty.
Windows 10 was given out to the public as a Beta and the public now tested it. Windows 10 is full of unwanted advertising and a program to report all your personal data back to MS. NO! windows 10 is not secure.

Smart meters are lethal
We have been fitted with a Smart Meter here in Spain by Iberdrola that has an automatic current overload set to 2.2kW. This can been upgraded to 5kW but using the same small cable and will cost us twice as much for meter rent. The meter is sited outside in the road in a meter box that can easily be opened by anyone; it has to be. If the meter is overloaded it switches off, so now in the middle of the night with a torch and may be in the pouring rain you have go to the box in the road, open it and now comes the lethal part; YOU, (who may not be an electrician) HAVE TO PUT YOUR WET HANDS ON THE MAIN INCOMING FUSES AND PULL THEM OUT. Wait 10 seconds, press the button, wait 5 seconds and then push back in the main fuses. In our case this trips the RCD switch in the house which must now be reset. OH! Let us not forget you have to reset clocks and any other item and restart the computer. In my box the top fuse connection is open to being touched with wet hands. The instructions indicate that there is an isolation switch but again opening the box in the rain and interfering with anything live is not to be recommended. Of course you can call upon an electrician at a very high cost and also the meter has been known to trip out during an electrical storm.
I am a qualified Electrical technician and NEVER have I ever known that members of the public are allowed to interfere with the company’s main incoming fuses. NO there is no isolator between the incoming supply and the meter.
One last point; the company sells electricity by the kW so what is to be gained in restricting the usage 2.2kW with a meter when the supply fuse is 20A? If a hacker is able to switch the supply on/off on/off then where there is an inductive load then that is a very high BEMF (back electro motive force) caused that will damage other items in the home. A engine’s ignition spark is the result of BEMF caused by the sudden disconnection of the 12v through an inductive load (COIL).

Windows 10 is a virus
Windows 10 is nothing more than an advertising system and one in which if installing software that is not Microsoft it becomes difficult and sometime it’s partly uninstalled rendering is unusable. I am not one bit surprised to read how it can screw up a business. I bought a new laptop with windows 10 preinstalled. I tried to install my software from my other laptop with good old win 7 but the Windows 10 crashed with the BLACK screen of death. It sent away for repair in March 2016 and returned in 6 June 2016. Now the machine crashed and crashed to a point where it was necessary to reinstall Windows. This took over 24 hours to complete. I am on Satellite Internet with a quota of 10Gb/month. To my sheer surprise within three days the entire quota had gone. Windows 10 is not good for anyone who has a download quota. Removing all advertisements and the unwanted Microsoft programs and anything else that allowed Microsoft to infiltrate my privacy was removed, well I though this had been done but the machine refused to shut down, I could point with the mouse but could not select anything. This Windows 10 is FREE and there is no such thing as a free dinner. If you want to keep your computing private then DON’T USE WINDOWS 10 and don’t sign into Cortina and the others.
