SCO's last arguments in 'Who owns Linux?' case vs. IBM knocked out

normal1
WTF?

Current bunch suing IBM is not SCO...

"The SCO Group" is actually Caldera Linux renamed to confuse itself with The Santa Cruise Organization.

normal1

Re: IBM has profited as well

As did Caldera Linux; before naming themselves "The SCO Group" to confuse people between Caldera Linux, a Linux company and The Santa Cruise Organization who actually owned some ancient code, and had no connection to "The SCO Group".....

Twisted.

Planned stock sales again?

The SCO Guys only do this type of announcement when their execs have stock sales "pre-planned"; the TSG stock used to rise quite a bit with these threats.

/BTW, this is "The SCO Group", this is NOT the "original" Santa Cruise Organization that wrote UNIX, this is a Linux company in Utah that changed their name to "The SCO Group" to confuse the legal threat issue and sell their stock at inflated prices, their name used to be "Caldera Linux" before they became "The SCO Group".
