We're so screwed, oh but Hillary would have done the same thing.

Re: In my humble opinion
Oh please, don't make an effort to rationalize Hillary's failure, she's been beaten by the two least probable candidates of all time. You can't see a reason for that?
Re: Not a biometric ID thing then
As the astronomers have said before" Uranus is plainly visible tonight"
Re: And we thought BREXIT was bad
Stupid doesn't have a shelf life, Brexit will be remembered long after a poor leadership decision. A presidential term is four years, brexit will be generational in length before the mistake will be recognized, longer to amend and repair...and by the way this whole article remains as speculation until inauguration
Bob's point was three ships in the Zumwalt class, I'm pretty sure Bob knows that and if you reread the article so will you.
I'm sure this will work as well as gun laws in Chicago have stopped gangbangers from shooting other gangbangers, never mind the innocent bystanders I'm sure they'll only hit their targets.
Re: Adult conversation?
Too true and it's going to happen because the noise of the unthinking will win over civil rights even though the constitution should secure them. The fourth amendment was trashed in the late nineties to accommodate the Amtrak crowds that rode the northeast corridors. Pee in the jar or be fired was not a phrase I remember from civics nor was public safety concerns are more important than personal liberties, but it happens regardless to thousands every year who work in public transportation. No evidence, no suspicion, no witnesses. Same thing will happen again when the chatter reaches a high enough level.
And don't forget the lobbying efforts of large companies that influence legislation, regulation, and elections. As an American I like to see the process corruption spread out a little so we don't have all of it here.
I was getting the not genuine copy message for the last two weeks at a federal government work area.
Re: downvote here
I've considered myself a responsible anarchist who was capable and ready to perform acts so desperately needed for society to prune the gene pool, that said this set of circumstances will demand I abandon that concept. This is not the gentleman who I want as a neighbor but if he hasn't been convicted leave'm alone till you have. More like it's time to weed put the "you wouldn't be here if you hadn't done something" mentality.
Re: Guns don't kill people....
Take your meds today, that may help with your confusion
Re: My name is Earl
Remember the mormans went to utah to escape the laws of the United States, shows something about the level of thought and why it's a good place to be far from
And they do this without Tim Cook's help?
Re: red USA
obviously you can
really? your head has been rectally inserted for how long now? ask some of your favorite germans how's it working with the refugee thing.
Re: I get it now
Right up until you live there, which you don't. The part about jolly ol' not speaking German for the last hundred years isn't lost on this reality show cast member. Looking over the leadership qualities displayed on that side of the pond it appears the competent ones have been in the colonies for centuries. Pip pip
You should probably just stay in your bed and never come out. Bad stuff happens everywhere, stupid people make it happen more often. Sometimes people come to do bad things and real adults have to do things they otherwise wouldn't, like protect family and friends. Most likely that requires a weapon capable of meeting or exceeding the threat involved. Pardon my condescending tone but I wanted to be sure of your understanding the point.
Re: Ch14 - Grapes of Wrath
Bull cookies. Sounds like Scotland or Canada had more to do with the attitude and nice job judging the old lady by the way.
Re: Big war
And? Who would be the transgressed and who the transgressor? Must be the same thing to you.
Re: Big war
I don't have to follow your rules just stay on topic, isn't that what forums are for?
Re: well, there is a place
The place is sitting in the last two seats at the back of the bus that's going over a cliff.
Re: Let me get this straight
You can have them you deserve each other, no brain no memory
Re: US Libs Love Regs
Hate to say bullcrap but it's apparent you have forgotten the role Dubya's controlled Federal Energy Regulatory Commission played in the ENRON period of fleecing California's ratepayers, I'm confident many of those officials and behind-the-scene players were lawyers. And I doubt if there were many liberals included in that crowd.
uh, two year employment? In California? In the bay area? Lawsuit!
Lawyers are waiting.
Oh zuck off
I realize that this is an unoriginal statement that doesn't deserve the space used but "what a tool."
Re: Hats off to Flt. Luey Nicolson
Re: Secret Technology
And I believe that aircraft had no firewall between engine and cockpit to buffer flames from reaching the pilot. And hoping not to be a pest as the photos are nice but maybe a few kind words for the gentleman who inspired them, and all the others too. We'll never see their equals.
I noticed the lawyers didn't deny it happened just that the evidence was weak.
Re: Tit for Tat, EU. We can do that too!
Perhaps that fine continental history you've read points out that the US government is the only reason this discussion isn't carried out in German. Do that by yourself next time the froggies and limeys set up another country for economic doom that can only end badly. If you don't like Google don't click on it , in the end if you initiate contact and request a free service that expands into something more by your own design why'd they have to comply with all applicable laws across your borders, you went to them first.
Re: "Don't tread on me" applies to ME, not you.
Not so much about federal interference as keeping state sanctioned monopolies in order. How else can the hicks in state governments prosper?
Sold Out? Sumbich! When do you think you are having more for us in the unwashed masses?
Aren't these people some of the Bush criminal family? And on another front, why would I want to login through Facebook? Does zboi need my help somehow?
Re: Ban them for life
if you're not doing anything important could you, like maybe run against Hillary and Jeb in fall '16?
As an OBTW I saw Mr Pai on CNN a couple of nights ago and had no liking for the gentleman, but I don't know much about him or any of the other commissioners either. Can they be less likable?
Ah well, it was grand fun using the net till they took it from me, guess I'll go back to old hardcovers.
Re: @Eric Olson
As an American whose English ancestry began around the 1066 time frame and left for Ireland later, I don't think it's going to be the food that draws any of us back. The beers seem pretty good though.
Top to bottom gibberish of the first order, congratulations on using so many words to say nothing!
Re: Hate sf
Couldn't agree more, lived in Alameda for fifteen years after leaving the military in norcal. Weather sucked when it sucked and that was for months at a time yearly, great when it was nice though. As for April in Scotland, well all that and Scots too why aren't they beating down the doors to get in? After twenty years in San Diego I can report bubble heads abound but seventy degree weather in December makes up for not owning raingear.
Re: Euro Jealousy
Seems like some people need a bigger tin foil hat to stop the brain damage, or as Richard Pryor called it drain bamage
Not trying to stray from the point but what does that icon represent?
Re: Certain management and non-management positions?
Just what I need when my service sucks is a management arsehole making a crappy day worse
Re: Isn't this a federal issue?
When I was a kid in the sixties there was a hotel on Marathon Key that had a chain link fence out in the gulf of Mexico fifty feet at least separating their beach and touristas from the island residents. This was way before it became a destination, it was fishing shacks and not affluent natives. Can't imagine that now but only from a liability standpoint.
Re: Much as you may hate him...
That seems like fairly tin foil hatly logic, use some other search engine or better yet none at all as a matter of fact I can barely believe you'd use use a device that can be tracked at all
P.S. Sorry to barge in Big Ted small screen and a short break, need to speed up my browsing.
Re: Thank you, Brits!
Thanks for the understanding, that is bollocks (hope I spelled it and used the word correctly)
Re: Thank you, Brits!
Hear hear, pip pip or whatever is said there change the currency designator to dollars and that's the average to low monthly bill received in my part of southern California. Hopefully you can get a respectable amount of enjoyment from it, not just vids of TV police taking 'em tto the pokey for a poking.
Pardon my ignorance of most of this as I am only an ignorant colonial American, but has anyone who has lived in the US make a comparison of cable prices, quality of programming (low imho), and allowing monopolistic areas to exist and dominate. Just curious.
Re: Fraud pays
Words and the FTC sure won't stop'em
Hard to be neutral in a fixed contest of wills so I won't be. Go ahead and merge just allow me to reap some benefits from it bill wise selection of content providers wise and economy of scale wise. Sadly living most of my sixty years in America has taught me that won't happen, that the best players in the game will prevail and that more dung will be flung at any and all that oppose the insider placed regulators making another non consumer friendly decision.
Re: This is not good
Necessary bloodshed by a responsible anarchist, probably a civil servant
