Hey guys ... sorry but you really shouldn't believe anything you read. I just read the news from www.evz.ro and it says that the driver had his arms cut-off from the elbow dow. It says nothing about his legs.
Also, the car had an automatic gearbox so it could just press the gas pedal and stear with his mouth.
