Bullshit Bullshit Bullshit Uber is liable this is the candy ass court system protecting another big company and new market. The driver should have been aware this system was deactivated yet Uber isn't liable and now they want to go after the employee? Wtf is going on here...this industry needs to regulated before more citizens take flight when the autonomous wheels go whack whack at your knees.

Screw Google they make 90s/2000s Microsoft look like a Saint... Why are they not in check yet this sort of practice should be illegal who made this "mistake" and why aren't they being fined along with Google. When people make mistakes they pay the price by being run through the system why are these turds off limits!
If the fix doesn't come soon maybe win 10 will have it. Look at the bright side there are a number of android users that experience resource issues or odd behavior that requires a restart. IPhone users have their fair share of strange behavior too. My teens have the iPhone 5 and 6 and have power cycled as well.
Well, there are still millions who trust google about as much as a US Senator and Apple feels like an over acted movie I know I fall into this category. I'm excited for a new flagship device on WP10. App gap means squat to me, I prefer the browser l, the games I do play are in PC or Xbox and I'm perfectly fine with it.
Google is/are a bunch of pricks! The trust end-users place in the security of their data stored on a local system or cloud is sacred. We want to use our computers/devices and we want the data to be secure from prying eyes unless we decide to share it openly and willingly. Google crossed a line, corporations shouldn't sell one another out in hopes of stealing market share. Unfortunately this is a dirty tactic by Google and MS will likely retaliate at some point. I dont want the place holder of my data fighting with another entity for my dollars. Especially if they are willing to cut each others throats to make a few dollars. Google you suck! You will Never Ever earn a penny from the hard earned money I make. I will stick with Redmond, tried, true and clearly looking out for the best interest of consumers.
Regardless of what reviews have to say
I'm all in. If there's one thing I've learned about reviews since the advent of social networking and blogs, most authors can't resist the urge to be bias. Neutrality has seized to exist and they seek hits instead of fair product reviews.
Personally I look forward to the 22nd when I receive my XO, just as I did with Xbox and the 360. Launch titles are typically weak, but the games will improve as devs gain more exposure to the platform. I'm sure the voice controls have room to improve as well, but name one perfect voice solution that works flawlessly? They simply don't exist but they continue to improve. I have no qualms over a 1.5GB update... this means MS has continued to refine and improve the product prior to launch. If no update was available people would still complain.
Nice, fair review...the only hit on this device is apps and at 100k and growing its not as bad as some make it out to be. Windows Store is just creeping up on 1 year so obviously the competition has a head start. Lets also not forget that a majority of apps available on other platforms are filler so as long as the core apps become available people will enjoy this device. 8.1 is a huge improvement over 8.0 which I find to be the best interactive mobile OS to date.
