I could not agree more. I came by this thread by looking for help by importing contacts from my Blckberry Bold.
I have been having problems, with my previous back up ( yesterday ) not supported by the Blackberry Z1O new link software.
This is one of the reasons I stay with Blackberry, so I can import my contacts easily. Having had BB for 5 years or more, this has stopped me from going to the iPhone.
If I had my money in RIM shares, I would be taking every penny out.
I will be putting it on Ebay tomorrow, if its not sorted out in a phone call.
