Are these pricks STILL at it!?

The last iMac was thinner - then came the iPad mini - now the iPad air. Don't despair folks, Apple is still at the cutting edge of innovation - they've found a way of selling less kit for your buck. The ultimate in marketing hubris would be the 'iZilch™ - it IS thin air' </sarc>
P.S. - I do own & use a small selection of Apple kit on a daily basis, FYI.
"...the only things disclosed are what the public should know but that does not place any person in danger"
Noble & wise - also a little naive.
Factually, people have already been placed in danger - the ones who perpetuate this secret world skullduggery, and I'm guessing they won't exhibit the same moral fibre in their efforts to perpetuate it, danger being part & practice of their stock-in-trade. I'm hoping Snowden has taken multiple precautions with the distribution & stewardship of the remaining info.
Honestly - in the turgid wake of US
sensationalism current affairs, I'm not sure this hasn't been injected as part of a well orchestrated smear campaign by the powers-that-be, or that these statements haven't been at least partially coerced. As genuine as his/her inclinations may be, the transition from 'national security threat' to "military criminal' to 'transgender attention-seeking nut job' reads like a badly directed Hollywood b movie for me as, once again, the thread of original concern is obfuscated in the public media.
This has nothing to do do with equality in work or any of the regularly touted 'climb the ladder of success' blurb - this type of behavoiur has no gender boundary, it is simply learned & passed on to the next individual with an over inflated sense of entitlement. It's pathological, it's inequitable, and occasionally shows it's aberrance in public with snafu's like this for all to see. Jump on them at every observance, folks.
Usually I find the Bong column amusing, but considering the gravity of this incident & the almost wilful distractive tactics of the media in covering the base issue ( NSA spying on you illegally? Ooohh, look over there - Pole Dancer! ) I have to bite & say - no, not appropriate for me.
If Apple wish to decrease their share value further through contentious behaviour ( and the resultant less than favourable press presented to investors) they certainly appear to be going the right way about it. With the hand of Mr. "Reality Distortion Field" Jobs (RIP) no longer at the helm, I get the impression of a steady descent into corporate mediocrity. Just MHO.
