The fucking constitution! What the hell happened to the fourth amendment? Unreasonable search and seizure? Because I don't want my car searched I'm a drug runner. Because i don't want my house searched I'm running a brothel. because I don't want my communications eavesdropped upon I'm a terrorist? Enough of this crap.

If bandwidth is throttled to a given standard that's ok. If a plan is capped that's ok. Throttling based on plan usage is not. Throttling and capping are two different things. Throttling my bandwidth when bandwidth is available just because I downloaded 80GB during off-peak periods is plain wrong.

I see your point, which is why a limited visa should be available. I would love to work there for a year or two, see the country, then come back home. Been all over N and S America and Europe. Would have been a nice adddition.

Why has nobody mentioned the fact that android users must have a gmail account to set up their android phones (at least in the US)? Does this mean everything I do will be tracked by those idiots in Calipornia?
