I detest UKIP but why should they cooperate without a formal request?

Re: How many battery "breakthroughs" is that this year?
yeah but when has it ever tripled like we are always hearing? It is always the gradual improvement that one would expect, these outlandish promises never come true
Don't live in the middle of nowhere if you want a decent connection.
if the taxi drivers have only been able to be shafted by uber because they resolutely refuse to come into the 21st century
Re: Ah, yes. "Capitalism"
why should the passenger care if their taxi is insured or not?
"Despite everyone's best efforts, a law may not cut the importation of conflict minerals into Europe. "
It seems rather inconceivable that such a law would not cut the importation of conflict minerals at all, which is what you are suggesting.
Twitter is all or nothing as far as privacy is concerned. Irrespective of what the law says noone who posts on a public twitter account can have even the slightest expectation of privacy. Use facebook, it's an infinitely better platform anyway
Re: "...a mark of mental health..."
well said, the UK is a much better place because of our strong gun control laws
The only people in the UK who should have guns are the army and the police and even then the police should not carry guns as a matter of course. The risk of gun ownership are simply too high and there are simply no benefits from having them in the hands of the public.
An interesting article. I particularly enjoyed the irony of your talk about second tier universities as your alma-mater is in that tier!
Are you smoking a crack pipe?
Not really sure what the point of this article is. Samsung can call it what they want, it's the underlying technology and its capabilities that matter.
"Retard" Really? You are definitely not a proper journalist if you still use antiquated and offensive words like that. Grow up.
It doesn't bed the question, it raises the question.
Dr Rid seems to assume that as it would just be our gadgets that get taken out then it wouldn't be lethal and thus not a real act of war. Well I would like to know how many people would die if GPS was taken out and the ambulance service couldn't get directions. Or the traffic signal controls were taken out and they got stuck in traffic. They are not much more than gadgets but people would certainly die. Not saying it is going to happen but it is a lot more plausible than the Dr makes out
