I will be sending my Wife to the shops on the 30th, yes she has a broken foot but if I have to fund the console for her and the kids she will just have to suffer, like my wallet has.
ZombieU looks good, so I might play on it myself :-)

Your trains sound lush - not like the Greater Anglia fleet.
As for sockets, I often ask our esteemed facility manager about the possibilities of having a useful power management solution. No matter how many cups of tea I give her the fact remains she seemingly refuses to listen to common or uncommon sense.
Behind every PC and monitor is a snakes nest of wires,
Every Saturday I used to but the Eagle (the 1980's one)
I think that the psychotic computer Max from the thirteenth floor had a huge influence on my career choice. I would even go as far to say that Max of Maxwell towers was the first BOFH.
And don't get me started on Doomlord - I think I might of cried when Doomlord realised that mankind wasn't that bad and he went back to live at Mrs Sousters guest house.
Nowadays comics seem so expensive, and less clever - although I still buy X-Men (for my sons, honest) and spiderman (for the wife)
Q, Who is going to defend you when the diversity enact their laws that mean that you are, at best, a second-class citizen?
A, The diversity? Nope not a clue, are you talking about climate change hippies or UKIP
Q, Do you really think that they will respect your left-wing causes?
A, Again, just who the feck are "they" presumably some right wing nut jobs
Q, And really, you don't even respect your own culture and traditions, so why should they?
A, Own culture and traditions. Right, that's it everyone - come the next fire festival I expect you all to be there. Away with you Christianity, we don't want you on our Pagan isle.
Q, What are you going to do when they tell you that you must convert to their religion or pay a special tax?
A, "special tax" you make it sound so seedy and as for telling you to convert well let me tell you buddy I aint no stinking transformer.
Q, When they accuse you of blasphemy in order to take your property?
A, Erm nope, at a loss, you simply need to give me more info.
Q, What are you going to do when they ban alcohol and everything associated with it, including pubs and clubs?
A, Again, just who is this "they" group? but to answer your question - Presumably no longer go to pubs and clubs.
Q, What are you going to do when they tell you what you can't eat?
A, As a vegetarian this has little or no bearing on me. So largely I will ignore the mythical "They"
"and last time I checked they dont go around killing thier daughters in the name of Honour !"
They would have to find someone to procreate with first of all, and lets not pull punches but all those big boots and shaved heads wouldn't look out of place at a Frankie goes to Hollywood convention.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
These EDL pricks were in Norwich over the weekend. It was very clear that they are of a lower intelligence (some would say they fitted in) Although to be fair to the fine folk of the city even the flat landers have a high IQ compared to the EDL.
When the one hundred or so idiots began to march they actually went the wrong way, and when interviewed why they are marching the sample poll didn't have a clue. Now I am all for freedom of speech, it is afterall a human right so they can march all they want, but in expressing freedom of speech you have to accept that sooner or later your website will be pwned. And because I am all for freedom of speech I am happy to go on the record to congratulate the ZCompany on their fine work and point out to the EDL that a rag tag bunch of racist bigots doesn't scare anyone. Dinosaurs die out and so do twunts. If you have time then view the youtube clips - the comments are funnier than the actual clips.
He was in the navy, on mine sweepers, but no he wasn't conscripted he actually thought that the UK was worth saving. He was proud on the country and what it meant to be free. Free to burn poppies if that's your thing. He was also very ahead of his time with regards to social injustice. So many tales about this great man, such as the time he was physically thrown off a tram in South Africa for letting a pregnant lady sit down. Or his dislike for the army squaddies using his local pub, legend has it he walked in and in a raised voice said " one at a time, or all at once. Either way you are leaving my pub" apparently the squaddies left.
My Grandfather would snatch a poppy from my jumper and throw it onto his open coal fire. He saw war as something best forgotten. In his words, "don't buy some daft poppy, just buy those old buggers a pint" He wasn't a "my mates gave their lives for you" type of guy, he was however a "live and let live" kind of guy.
He acknowledged that not everyone would celebrate the allied forces success and only wanted people to live as they please, free from criticism for displaying views that you disagree with. Afterall he fought for the right to do as you please and not live under oppression.

I miss the days when I had my own business, but don't miss the days I dashed it against the rocks.
Oh, and as for accounting software - I used quick books, well actually mu monthly accountant did. Seriously if you are going down this route get an accountant, and if you plan on cabling offices become friends with an electrician.
Oh I must beg a most gracious apology as when I read:
"New York University's collection of thousands of laboratory mice and rats drowned during Hurricane Sandy's ferocious storms." I thought that they had drowned, when in fact oh hang on retard, drowned? Would that be the watery death thing that happens when you try to breath water, hmm maybe you should try it and let me know the effects!
When I read the NY Times article I read "Dr. Fishell said that his lab alone lost about 2,500 mice. Other programs at the Smilow center, including research into cancer, cardiovascular disease and epigenetics, lost a combined 7,500 more animals" So it looks like 10k of animals destroyed, therefore my previous comment stands!
Please read the fucking article before spouting rubbish
I have no objection to testing \ experimenting on animals. I would go as far to say I am in the minority of vegetarians that understand the usefulness of testing.
But now you have made me so fucking angry because you didn't give a flying fuck about the animals in your care. Jesus fucking wept it's not too difficult to move them to higher ground, or wasn't you aware of the impending storm you cretinous mother fuckers
How crushing, that is how crushing it must be for a fanboi to resort to using Bing. maybe you are using it for the maps (I know I am)
It is rather funny, that my digitalspy posts are ranked higher that my self-centred and depressing blogs. But I think this is slightly off topic from the fact that Apple has failed in the UK courts wishes and no amount of name calling will ever make it seem like they have followed the judgement. Sometimes you just have to accept that even the great Apple slips up from time to time, and this is one of those times.
It took me a while to find the link, and I use the internet all day long (almost true, I browse at work when I am meant to be doing something productive.0
I digress, but then again so do Apple, it's as if they are sticking two fingers up at the UK courts. The last paragraph has me "A U.S. jury also found Samsung guilty of infringing on Apple's design and utility patents, awarding over one billion U.S. dollars in damages to Apple Inc." Which is in the process of appeal (they failed to add)
And this, which totally gets me spitting "So while the U.K. court did not find Samsung guilty of infringement, other courts have recognized that in the course of creating its Galaxy tablet, Samsung willfully copied Apple's far more popular iPad."
For at least 3 different companies that have refreshed their IT equipment I have suggested that before the WEEE man gets his hands on them, the equipment should be placed in the car park and the staff get issued bats and all the PPE they need. Then the inevitable smash the crap out of their device can begin.
So far, none of the companies have taken on board by suggestion and I think they are missing a trick. As the keeper of the keys to the crapped out hardware I often disappear to smash a screen after dealing with a customer who is hard of thinking.
Hmm, just checked the press release and it's frontlit.
"Bookeen is announcing today the launch of the new Cybook Odyssey HD FrontLight, the 6th generation and most advanced Cybook with an inbuilt FrontLight solution and with the most advanced E Ink® HD display. Since 1998, Bookeen has been the European champion in digital reading years before Amazon entered the market."
Tablet!
Tablex is a table top manufacturer, unless of course you are suggesting that android users want to mount their superior devices in a piece of furniture. If so, then all is good and I now fully understand the issue that you have raised. Tablex can seem quite a costly solution, but I understand it has a lovely finish.
This is another fine example of Apples rumour type advertising.
This creates artificial demand for the device you can't actually put in your pocket.
Yet people will suck this up and think, gee I had better get one now, and sleep outside a store, crapping in a bag and eating nothing but peperarmis for a week.
The whole point of books is the sharing of knowledge, that's why we have libraries. The publisher doesn't care if I lend my book to my mother-in-law. They actually want me to lend the latest Chris Brookmyre to her, as they know she will then start buying the back catalogue (you should too)
So what the hell is this tax dodging scum company doing? The only people they are protecting is themselves. They do not have the publishing houses best interests at heart, if they did they wouldn't squeeze them for every penny. The average profit that a publisher gets on a £10 book is between 80p and £1.60 (read the guardian article) They do not have the UK tax mans best intrest at heart, they charge full 20%vat but don't actually give it to the tax man.
In a nut shell, Amazon is a deplorable tax dodging rip off merchant that doesn't actually deserve any UK customers.
Surely if VM and BT wanted to cable these areas they would of done it by now.
The fact that they haven'y suggests a few things. 1. it's not profitable, 2. it's not profitable, and 3. They have two many biscuits and are spending all their time eating biscuits rather than upgrading their infrastructure.
