Google sours on legacy G Suite freeloaders, demands fee or flee

I'm curious - can you have more than one domain with this service (e.g. mydomain.com and mydomain.co.uk)?

Looking at the pricing, the Apple one has Microsoft and Google beat if all I want is just email with a personal domain name... But if it is inflexible I might regret the move...

LastPass to limit fans of free password manager to one device type only – computer or mobile – from next month

I'd happily give them money for a useful service if it seemed like they could get simple things right - I am constantly running into glitches in the UI that breaks buttons (most notably if I have multiple logins for a single page in the chrome extension the buttons will move on mouse over making them impossible to click - a one line CSS fix (injected using another chrome extension fixes it fortunately...) But the issue persists for 6 months and support will only acknowledge the issue and not resolve) - unfortunately for Lastpass this is a competitive market area and I'm happy to swap to another option rather than pay for a wobbly app that doesn't demonstrate value for money when considered as an annual 'service'.

Microsoft: Stop using Microsoft Silverlight. (Everyone else has)

Sky Go

I think Sky Go is still based on Silverlight to support all their zany DRM - I can't wait to see this get phased out (Chrome went into the unsupported list because they blocked the silverlight plugin).

Late to the party

Hardly exciting- remote wipe via Activesync for Exchange basically gives this service to most users of hosted exchange services- everyone else using IMAP and POP probably already have an option through their device to do remote wipe via a free app... Plus the OS limit means you may have to split your environment or spend cash on upgrades- I know many business blackberries which have lasted a few years and I wouldn't upgrade to save me the cost of a server (even if it does mean I'd be rid of their crumby server software as b166er says!)

FAIL

Same old story

Some other news sites have picked up this beauty of a story as well about Elop's past- it;s getting shadier by the minute!
