but it was aliens...
Firs I am hearing of this. Furthermore, here in South Africa, if you use Google to search for a product, the top search results include a site called "PriceCheck". Take a guess at what kind of site it is?
Linux has less market share than Vista? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Too funny.
I know this for a fact, because I would never buy this ugly POS.
I understand what you are saying, but there is 1 major problem: nothing on the iWatch is V1. Its all mature technology, its just a different package.
My top of the line Android phone has a full HD screen and I have bluetooth and WiFi enabled all day, every day. The battery rarely lasts less than a day and half, and more often than not, about 2 days. So why does the iWatch, with smaller screen, more efficient OS(allegedly) and less features, last less than a day on 1 charge? I have my own theory (the iWatch is shit), but a more technical answer would be appreciated...
How did this product get all the way from paper to production without anyone at Sony saying anything about how god awful they look. I really want to know. If anyone at Sony is reading, please can you enlighten me?
A more accurate title would be: "Obscure Chinese phone manufacturer installs malaware on devices." Where did you study journalistic integrity, law school?
First of all, WoW subscriptions are not flagging, in the months preceding the expansion there was an marked increase in number of players, and the expansion pushed it over 10 million. Secondly, everyone I know loves WoD. The lack of a new class means nothing compared to the great story, the much improved questing and the added dimension brought on by the garrison. Also, the voice of Megatron!
Something actually worth patenting! This should eliminate all those ugly gaps between the screen glass and metal body of the electronics device.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! Good one!
Suing Google? You do realise you use them in your products right? EE DEE OH TIC!
Please don't blow a fuse. The only real reason to get the iPad Air over the iPad 1 or 2 is the weight. Let me qualify: the retina display is nice, but cosmetic; the new processor may be awesome, but iOS is already so slick that I doubt you would notice a HUGE difference in your day-to-day activities like browsing the web and what not; whole new OS, whose main claim to fame is.. pastel colours and removal of 3D effects on icons.
The iPad has stagnated and differences between generations is cosmetic or negligible. On the other hand Android tabs take huge leaps from one generation to the next which justifies the upgrade. Lets face, it early Adroid tabs were terrible, with nowhere near the spit and polish of the iPads, so huge leaps where inevitable.
Having too many Operating Systems. Everyone else uses the same OS for phones and tablets. Nokia has been more successful with WinPho than MS has been with WinRT. This tells me they should just kill RT.

..why SpaceX did not get the "most innovative company" award?
This is why I think this whole thing is a bad idea. There is no plastic yet that does not get attract scratches.
Does this mean we can do what we want on the internet and not be worried about the NSA finding out about it? At least for a day?
I belong to none of the groups you mentioned, and my mobe is a Sony Xperia Z (which I really like), but I would like to see WinPho become more popular. Why? 1: more competition is always better; 2: the WinPho interface is the most interesting thing to happen to UI since the mouse was invented and deserves a chance to prosper. Icons on a desktop/home screen (with our without parallax) is so 1980s. I would also like to see BB make a comeback.
They should just get the actual numbers from the NSA.
The image for this article is an image with the above tag. If it's a joke, well done, otherwise: please fire your designer...
I live in South Africa, and we have our own app store. Quite frankly it is absolute crap. Not even angry birds is available. So a lot of iOS devices are registered with fraudulent US/UK addresses in order to gain access to those respective app stores. Maybe Apple is trying to stop this sort of activity.
As has been mentioned, I have seen all these features before, on Nokia devices of old.
Please someone explain to me (seriously, I would really like to know) how Apple is able to apply for this injunction with this in mind?
Got a Galaxy S2, longest time between charges? 5 days.
Rounded corners AND 4:3 ratio? Panasonic is just asking for trouble.
do they sell a "public" or "shared" one too?
So you allow your youth to run rampant and protect them from any form of effective punishment. You are then surprised by these events?
Apple is patenting swivles?
I doubt and self-respecting Apple person would own something this garish. Hell, I'm not an dApple person and I wouldn't buy this crap.
