In the Nordic countries - those judged to have the highest quality of life and equality, they're actually having less equal representation between the sexes in certain fields. Turns out they're retreating back into traditional gender roles - Women in hairdressing and healthcare, men in construction, mining, fishing, etc.
Take a look. You might find it interesting.
It's 2019 and the left is more obsessed with skin colour than anyone ever before them. If there were black speakers the same people would be complaining there's no women. Add women and there's no LGBT representation.

This isn't a solution for a large percentage of people, not when many people don't have a garage, or suitable wattage outlets to charge their car. It's also not a solution for the people who work too far from their home to use an EV to work, or people who generally want to travel to other places than work, or holidays in the countryside, etc. Can't store spare electric in a jerry can or a balloon in the boot...

This has and always will be a chicken and egg situation. The infrastructure costs money - which can't be recouped unless people use it. The people looking into electric cars might not buy them as there's nowhere convenient to charge them nearby. Someone has to go first, or public subsidies have to be given out to break the stalemate.

David Cole-Hamilton is a complete idiot for making that statement. Indium is the 68th most common element in the Earth's crust (Which is frankly huge).

Professor Cole-Hamilton is scare-mongering for news coverage and should be ashamed of himself.

On behalf of the Lizard People we would like to refute absolutely that Jeff Bezos is one of us. Jeff did not want to pay the $5 membership fee, and frankly we feel the association with Amazon's working and child labor practices might be bad for our image.
