If...
If they'd take back their shitty N97s they'd have even less of a market share :)

Are the figures just based on people whose claims for refunds were honored?
Some banks seem hell-bent on denying fraud and blaming the account holders for "giving someone their card and pin". The law needs to be changed back so all fraudulent transactions get reported to police - that way the banks don't do the investigation and you know that they're not going to be able to just ignore their responsibilities.
...I was reading the Metro in Manchester the other day and there was an ad for the ID cards, touting them as being capable of protecting you from identity theft.
They seem to be marketing it not as an ID card but as some kind of security device that will somehow stop the stupid getting ripped off online. If you're stupid enough to buy into the ID card scheme nothing is going to save you from being made rich by a nice man from Nigeria.
If they're not scanning the naked bodies of anyone under the age of 18, then they're basically saying "Yes, we know we're looking at something we shouldn't and are invading their privacy so we can't look at kids naked."
If it's so harmless they can check out naked kids too. I mean it's not sexual, is it - they're practically doctors. Nobody ever stole or lost data, nope.
And certainly no terrorist or bomb carrier was ever under 18, or carried a bomb because his family were threatened.
...I imagine the DRM could be checked online before playback, to validate the content hasn't expired. At that point you can assume the video is being played.
They can't really use that data because it would be a bit invasive... Not that I'd expect that to stop most companies
I love the console @ £149 + £90 for hdd etc.
You could look at it as 120Gb xbox 360 with either GO2 + MW2, or Lego Batman + Pure + Extra controller for £199. Of all the folks I know with consoles the 360 actually gets played and their PS3s just get used as blu-ray players.
Game install timeslol etc etc. We can all pointlessly troll and use stupid maths to support backwards arguments. :)
Firstly, MarkOne - You're a tit. Most of the people I know with xboxes are in their thirties. It has a fairly broad demographic already :)
Secondly, sod fapbook and twatter - but I am quite interested in what the addition of LastFM will offer. Streaming audio or even in-game audio based on your LastFM account could be interesting.
