There is still a market for for non data mobile phones, that are actually just phones, with a decent battery life.

It was about a year ago both Apple and Apple Corp agreed to the deal to put the beatles on ITunes.

Until then it was not legal (in the UK) to listen to the Beatles on an ipod, as we do not have the right to fair use or transfer between media types.
