Solution

Maybe a technology based solution could help, some sort of robot hands that move to counter act any imbalance caused caused from the motion of the breasts.

Further Research is definitely required. Maybe we should get her in for a consultation?

TV License isn't the problem

Tbh I dont have too many issues with paying for a national TV service, what I do have an issue with is how they collect the money. After graduating uni I was staying in a shared house where the landlord had claimed he was paying the TV license (he wasn't). Anyway late one night a TV licensing man turns up demanding that we pay the TV license now or risk court action and a fine. He also explained that many collectors (not him) are legally allowed to enter your house and confiscate any TV or Computer equipment that could be used to recieve TV. We explained the situation and he said thats not a defence its the responsilbity of the people living in the house and we had to sign a direct debit there and then.

Seriously what idiot signs a direct debit on the doorstep might as well post your bank account details, password, mothers maiden name and general life history on facebook. After 2 hours of him insisting we had to pay he realised he wasn't going to get anything out of us and agreed to speak to the landlord. I thought the whole thing had been a scam and forgot about it, until the TV license came in the post 2 weeks later.

The BBC's behaviour in collecting the TV license is pretty much equivliant to a bunch of thuggs and scammers out for a quick buck.

Microsoft knew about Xbox 360 disc-scratch problem, employee claims

Not just tilting

This is not just a fault with tilting the console, my 360 has scratched discs while perfectly still. It was made a little better after I moved it off my desk (which according to microsoft support, my typing could of caused the console to tilt too much). After making 100% sure the discs were being scratched without moving the console I phoned xbox support again, after what must of been close to an hour conversation I got permission to send in photo's of my discs. After sending in the photo's a week later I had had no response from microsoft. After phoning a 3rd time I was told abruptly that the xbox 360 does not scratch discs unless you move the console while it is in operation.

My general assumption is that due to manufacturing differences some xboxes are worse than others, mine being especially bad. Others you wouldn't have to tilt much to cause problems. Since microsoft refuse to acknowledge the issue theres nothing you can do.

Developer Responsibility

I think my comment was probably a bit too general, yes I agree if theres a wide gaping whole then the development company should be responsible. However if the company has taken appropriate procaution given the sensitivity of the data stored then they shouldn't be prosecuted just because a rather persistent criminal managed to gain access.

I think the big problem here is that if a house has big flaws its pretty obvious early on (if its missing windows, doors etc) however with software its not obvious to the users how risky it might be to use.

Developers Responsibility

If they are going to make developers responsible for security breaches are they also going to make builders responsible when a house is broken into?
