If big bro is storing all my emails, phone calls & texts, all I have to do is email (another personal account) my important files and they're instantly backed up.

The DPA says I can pay £10 for all the data an organisation stores about me, so all we need to do is lobby for rapid access to one's own stored data, right?

So the scanner pre-emptively grabs the content of URLs from pages in your browser?

How does it know when you don't want to download pr0n, just illegal media files on say a bittorrent site? (or vice versa). You would have a cache full of unwanted naughties, and an indefensible ISP log trail in no time at all.
