Everyone knows computers are rubbish at facial recognition. Whatever happened to the study where they used facial recognition instead of words? Maybe its a good time to look at that again!

Here is my question, if Phorm are holding data relating to myself, I should under the DPA, be able to request access to this data? However if the system is fully anonymous Phorm cannot produce the data.
Would this not breach the DPA?
