weirdly enough
The US is the king of protecting the corporations but much to Nintendo's dislike the US is also one of the few (if not only one can't remember) that explicitly allows users to make one backup copy of games, etc.

and it is much easier on the battery on my touchpad but no pulse newsreader app means webos gets booted up very infrequently. And don't say well it has redit, kitten fart videos is not what interests me. Get the basic apps people use at least. There are almost more apps on the rooted app installer than on HP official store.
I still hear the fanboys saying well Xbox has still been out for a year longer what with the PS3 still in third place 5 years on. I loathe M$ almost as much as Sony and have a PS3 but it will probably be the last Sony product I ever purchase. It no coincidence that the last company to think DRM is a long term solution is floundering.
When you go for a high volume of kills you can't afford to hide alot and take it slow. For that number of kills we was probably sprinting into the the fight guns blazing, taking out a couple of nubs and dying every 20 seconds or so to get the 30+ kills for the round. I tend to hate dying and have a high K/D but I also seldom get more than 15 kills in a round.
WebOS is yet another technology that will go to the graveyard of superior technologies that were poorly marketed. HP is almost as adapt at destroying any remaining value in companies they buy as M$. WebOS does own iOS and Android but it took an admission of failure for the common man to start using the OS and by then it was too late.
DEC destroyed itself and its corpse was purchased by Compaq. DEC in the mid 90s had the best hardware in the industry and some of the most stable OS ever produced but alas their business model was to trap you into very expensive support contracts (couldn't just buy hardware) that limited their spread into smaller enterprises. Commodity x86 boxes were starting to get good enough and came a lot cheaper and with a lot fewer strings attached.
Our Congress can't seem to agree on anything to help out the hard working men and women of the US but they sure get bipartisan support on pushing through legislation that strips away more Constitutional rights. Obama the corporate patsy wont veto it either. I am seriously voting against every single incumbent at every level next year (or course going 3rd party to avoid voting for corp whore Republicans).
