If the proper forms were filled out and signed, yep it could happen. Of course some banks would require you to fax over photo ID. But it's not like ID could be faked or impossible to read via fax. So nothing to worry about.

In the US private flights do not go through security and is not required to file a flight plan. Even at commercial airports. Private jets in SJC do not share the same air strip as commercial air liners.

You logic is flawed. there is no way to hide your phone number from the cops. Lets I'm on sprint and I call some one on ATT. The minute the person on ATT picks up, ATT has my number which they can give to the police. It's Not like it is in the movies it's instant. You can spoof caller ID but not ANI. You can only hide your number from Caller and not the phone company y or police.
