NHS contact tracing app isn't really anonymous, is riddled with bugs, and is open to abuse. Good thing we're not in the middle of a pandemic, eh?

aren't we at a point yet where the government can h̶a̶c̶k̶ call someone, and ask for the oxford eng dictionary definition of "anonymity", to be changed? if not, why not?
