Is such an incestuous self aggrandising relationship whenever one strips it down to its bare bones skeleton ...... and a nice little earner for key players/participating puppets and muppets into selling souls in exchange for luscious lucre rewarding one with a dogged sense of righteous purpose which can easily be remarkably delusional?
