Google Chrome to block file downloads – from .exe to .txt – over HTTP by default this year. And we're OK with this

Glasgow are currently roiling out about 50,000 iPads.

If they gave away Chromebooks, they could probably giove away 100,000 of them. This would have the added bonus of not funding Apple lawyers,
