Well, since you asked:

1 MPc = 3 * 10^13 km

1 Yr = 31 *10^6 seconds

So take 73Km/s as H0

Then distance = Initial Separation/MPc * H0 * Secs in a Year * 1000

= 150*10^6/3*10^13 * 73 * 31*10^6 * 10^3

= 150/3 *73 * 31 *10^2

= 11.3 million Km

(unless I made a mistake rushing it while trying not to be noticed at work).
