Bad news: 'Unblockable' web trackers emerge. Good news: Firefox with uBlock Origin can stop it. Chrome, not so much

Simpler: just have a browser set up to delete all history on exit. Fire it up and kill it again as necessary. If you really want to be paranoid delete its profile directory on logout.
