Very true. However, we were (and still are) experts and professionals. Today's crop of kids? Maybe not so much.

Sad that the experts are leaving the enterprise in droves, with no replacements in sight (or on site, apparently), but there you go. Kind of helps to explain all the security howlers that ElReg reports on day in and day out, though.
