I've had a user complain he'd lost several mini SD cards in one of our iMacs. When I went to investigate, rather confused as none of our iMacs at the time had card reader, I found he had stuck about four or five in the DVD slot on the side. Cue a rather expensive from the engineer (while I am perfectly capable of opening up the iMac and fixing it, we didn't want to break the warranty as the machine was new) , just so the user could retrieve his 50 quids worth of MIni SD cards with a few photos on them.
