Frankly, if this is the direction that Linux is going to go, why not just use Windows?
I agree with the sentiment, but I wouldn't touch that steaming pile of Redmond CCTV with a barge pole. BSD, Mac, even Fuschia, but no, not going back to Windows bondage thank you very much.
