Central banks don't like the implications of the end game where significant wealth flows in way over which they have little control and where their tinkering and blackmailing is undermined. Mega companies would really like to have some of the benefits that national central banks enjoy, especially those whose currencies are used in international trade. Imagine not loaning national currencies but running up script debt over which you have complete control? Not sure that either party gives a flying fuck about their population/customers.
