American internet users are, seemingly, getting a quarter of the internet speed they are paying for.In that case, shouldn't that sum on the blackboard,rather than reading «2 + 2 = 5», read «2 + 2 = 1», all in honour of Mr Pai, who no doubt is a wizard at maths ?...
