No wonder there is some scepticism outside Westminster about the NI / Ireland Border IT project, AKA Alternative Arrangement. Such a thing doesn't exist anywhere and the UK Gov IT Experts are going to be first? Maybe they'll outsource to Capita, Google or Fujitsu?
