Then its dead as far as you are concerned.
All critical boxes need to be under support. If for no other reason than to remind management these systems exist.
If you cannot get a replacement box in 1 day then its dead, just just dont know it til the psu shorts and you find yourself explaning why the companies offline for 2 weeks and there was no backup plan
