Considering that javascript is currently the most widely used programming language and thousands of companies successfully use node.js on the backend I would say you're spot on wrong. Can people write bad JavaScript code? Sure. Bad Go code? Sure. Bad C? 98% guaranteed.

Node.js is one of the most successful open source projects ever. To write off node.js devs is pretty naive on your part, but I guess that should be expected from someone who can only pay attention long enough to read 1 line of someone's comment and then type a poorly thought out 2 line response. :shrug:
