Like the time we were migrating for the prison service.
In one particular prison, the governor’s secretary, was so paranoid. That she had never deleted an email. Everything was sorted and filed in the appropriate folder,in her pst files.
And just in case, there was ever a power or computer failure and she needed to refer to an email, she had printed out every single email ever sent or received and had them filed away in filing cabinets.
