Its their actual biological sex that matters to society. You can believe you're a lithe sexy blonde girl all you like but if you look like a dock worker in a wig then tough, thats the way you're perceived, treated and expected to behave.

Almost everyone differs "on average". By definition an individual will rarely match the average.
