The ASA's reasoning was that "fibre" is "seen as one of many generic buzzwords to describe modern, fast broadband" and customers don't care. It would be interesting to see this logic applied to other situations – for example, the ambiguity extended to "meat" products.

More like petrol with 10% bio-ethanol (when they get themselves in gear ...) so, that being the case, my car is bio-ethanol fueled. Does that mean no congestion charge and cheaper tax? In addition, as I had to charge the battery the other day, it's an electric vehicle surely ...?
