Ok, we've ripped on the Soyuz and the Russian space program plenty around here, but consider how this launch unfolded: The first stage bumped into the second stage, which blew up said second stage, and the end result was the crew got shaken up a bit and ended up spending the next evening doing interviews from a couch (versus being vaporized over the tundra).
