Ad watchdog: Amazon 'misleading' over Prime next-day delivery ads

The problem is, Prime tags were just that, designed to highlight items that were available at a premium for next day. Amazon have started to change the meaning to be "good value".

I ordered an Iiyama monitor, it had prime tag, i had prime membership.

3 weeks later the monitor appeared, all i got told was "its being shipped from china, it takes time".

Prime just seems to be a way they push their items out now, promoting "distributors" over anyone else regardless of any promises on delivery schedules.

They do genuinely have a lot available for same or next day.... but you have to be VERY careful when ordering (usually says Prime next day on the page but confirms the delivery as X days away when you pay).

Very sneaky
