Why would any outside entity need to know the IP of an internal machine that doesn't already have access to the internal DNS server?Why would any internal entity need to know the IP of anything internal, they just query DNS.
Right, so to make IPv6 useable I must also:
1) buy my own domain (or subdomain);
2) set up and maintain my own DNS server;
3) make it externally accessable?
I thought IPv6 proponents say that IPv6 is easier than IPv4?
