As a physicist, I know that once it gets small enough, everything gets uncertain.

How many electrons have to jump how far for the state to change in a QLC "gate" is the big question, and how long does it take. If the elections take an average of 50 years to tunnel, that's going to be lead to a high error rate across 4 trillion of them.

However, I suspect Samsung will have thought of that.
