Perhaps it's time for government grants for small providers
Should the taxpayers really be saddled with the cost of government (inefficiently) teaching a small provider how to convert their networks to IPv6? Can't the provider just, you know, read a book like we did? Or go to Hurricane Electric like we did? It's really not that hard.
How about a compromise: if you want to get your own checkbook out to sponsor a small provider to learn IPv6, you should absolutely do that. And good on you.
