Principle of English law: "The greater the truth, the greater the libel." There are various defences to libel such as public interest, and this I think falls into this category.
But you also need to prove the libel has caused damage of some kind (financial, reputational), and all the evidence is that, like Ms. Daniels' short-term boyfriend, Apple seems incapable of suffering reputational or financial damage from adverse reporting.
