I used to work for Vignette. There were lots of ex-Oracle salespeople there. Regardless of what you think of Oracle, they're extremely good at sales traing. Certainly, none of the women needing coaching or mentoring - they were already more than capable of doing what was needed.

Playing the sexist card was doomed to failure.
