Apple concerned accessory makers "need to clear their existing inventory"
An AC suggested, "But Apple can't change [The Notch] now, because the companies selling accessories (cases) need to clear their existing inventory..."
Apple: "Hello? Is that Phone-Cases-R-Us? How's your inventory now? Yeah? We've held off the launch of our new phone for eight months so far; shall we hold off for another few months? Yeah? Okay, then... we'll postpone it until next year. Bye-Bye."
