Yep in fact a whole lot of old ia32 processors won't even be vulnerable to either Meltdown or Spectre. Of course they won't be able to run modern GUIs that well (yes yes JWM may still work but go away that guy) either. Sadly you may have to be that guy to have a secure computer ie pre Intel ME and UEFI.
