Ive been guilty of letting my son have you tube access but I do my best to avoid it at all costs. I prefer he watches Netfix and Amazon prime. Youtube is too much of a cesspit to allow youngsters to run riot on. Trolling videos, unboxing videos and kids being exploited by their parents by making videos of them playing with toys are some of the reasons to avoid it...
As for myself - Youtube has been a great resource.
