Funnily enough, I'm not going to spend half an hour filling in your eight page form, then take a day off work to go to the interview and then find out you're willing to pay £15k less than I'm on at the moment, you dodo. That’s a stupid waste of your time and mine.
And the ones where it says "salary neg." - that means "salary negligible".
