Not dumb at all, the highest you can get out of netflix on a pc is 1080 unless you use *shudders* Windows 10 and the only way you're getting HD is with silverlight on IE.
The TV's themselves are 4K with HDR as is xbox one s and nvidea shield etc...
It's the DRM...
