It's a code for today's IP address for a hidden kiddiepr0n site! 145.253.155.037 (no, not really, just kidding he says, crossing his fingers that it isn't actually, by a billion to one chance, *actually* a kiddiepr0n site) Or maybe it's a trrrrst training site?
That sounds like publishing material that helps criminals...
